I have started researching what influences craft-beer drinkers when selecting food to go with it. Are they influenced, like many foodies, by issues such as the environment, animal welfare, support of local ingredients, and personal health? While a foodie splurges on grass-fed beef–and then finds a beer to pair with it–will a craft-beer lover splurge on it because his Stegmaier Porter deserves nothing less?
